Booking Appointments

All tattoo appointments must be booked through the official channels.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo.
Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice; failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Prices for tattoos vary based on design, size, and complexity. Final pricing is determined by Frank Hutto at the time of consultation.

Disclaimer

Tattoos are permanent body modifications; by booking a session, you acknowledge and accept the risks involved.
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before getting tattooed.
Frank the Tank reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

Intoxication or impairment due to drugs or alcohol.
Offensive or inappropriate tattoo requests.
Skin conditions or medical concerns that may interfere with the tattooing process.

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided to ensure proper healing.

Payments and Refunds

All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
We accept cash and digital payments (specific payment options will be detailed at the time of booking).
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
Refunds are not available for completed tattoos under any circumstances.

Copyright and Artwork Ownership

All tattoo designs created by Frank Hutto remain the intellectual property of the artist.
Custom tattoo designs may not be reproduced, sold, or used without express permission from Frank Hutto.
Photos of completed tattoos may be used for portfolio and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise.
