If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking confirms successful delivery.

International buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable import/export regulations.
(D) Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cigars, we do not accept returns unless a product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage or defect.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days after receiving the returned product.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
We do not accept returns for products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
